This 12-week program provides hands-on training in data cleansing, analysis, reporting, and visualization. Students will build real-world skills and confidence working with data, while developing a professional portfolio that showcases their abilities.

Throughout the course, participants will complete a final capstone project that brings together everything they’ve learned that demonstrates their ability to work with data from start to finish.

We were excited to share more about Tech-Moms and how our program helps connect local employers with trained women who are ready to step into new career opportunities. We’re proud to be making waves in rural communities and helping create stronger pathways for women and employers alike.

Last week we celebrated the graduation of our Online Foundational course!

Offering an online option is a vital part of our mission to expand access, especially to reach areas with fewer opportunities. It allows individuals outside the Wasatch Front, parents at home with children, and those balancing work, transportation, or other commitments to participate and build tech skills from anywhere.

Last week we celebrated the graduation of our Online Foundational course!

Offering an online option is a vital part of our mission to expand access, especially to reach areas with fewer opportunities. It allows individuals outside the Wasatch Front, parents at home with children, and those balancing work, transportation, or other commitments to participate and build tech skills from anywhere.

As part of a Women’s History Month celebration at Morgan Stanley, Tech-Moms co-founder Robbyn Scribner moderated an inspiring panel on women building careers from nontraditional paths.

Panelists Eliza Howard, Cydnee Platts, Valerie Jacox, Nicole Jansen-Hinnenkamp, and Allison James-Garcia shared powerful stories — from caregiving returners to a 20-year military veteran transitioning into civilian work.

Digital skills are essential for everyday life. From applying for jobs and accessing healthcare to communicating with schools and managing finances. In our own classes, we saw many capable individuals being held back by gaps in foundational tech skills, so we created a course to meet them where they are.

Our Digital Literacy program builds confidence with computers, the internet, email, online safety, and more — opening doors to opportunity and independence.

Huge thanks to our partners @elevateutahcenter and the @guadcenter for helping us offer this course in Salt Lake City and Springville, and a special thank you to Tech-Moms alumna @andie_codes for instructing our Springville class and giving back in such a meaningful way.
